In Mangistau region, 4 civil cases were terminated within the framework of the pilot project for the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes

In Mangystau district court, within the framework of the pilot project for the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in order of mediation, 4 civil cases concerning loan contracts were considered.

After the adoption and initiation of civil cases, the court sent parties notice of their participation in the pilot project for the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in order of mediation, a list of professional mediators, as well as copies of legal claims and the determination of the preparation of the case for trial.

The parties made petitions for conduct mediation, on the basis of these requests by the parties settled agreements on pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in the order of mediation.

In pursuance of the pilot project in accordance with Article 277, paragraph 6) of the Civil Procedure Code, the judge approved agreements on pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in order of mediation and terminated the proceedings. The plaintiffs returned the amounts of state duty paid by them.

The judge explained to the parties the consequences of the termination of the proceedings.
