At the Aktobe regional court they discussed the matters arising in the consideration of cases on administrative violations

Participants of the discussion are judges, heads of the prosecutor's office, law enforcement agencies, the State Revenue Department, justice, emergency situations and other state authorities authorized to draft administrative protocols. By means of videoconferencing, judges of district courts took part in the discussion. They discussed new opportunities that are provided by the provisions of the Code, their practical application and the development of recommendations on the qualitative drafting of administrative materials and their consideration in court.
