Meeting with most active members districts of Almaty region

Today the chairman of the appellate judicial board on civil and administrative cases of Almaty regional court Baratbekov T.K. met with most active members of Aksu and Alakol districts, which brought together veterans of The Great Patriotic War and labor, the deputies of district Maslikhats,  akims of rural districts, public servants, representatives of non-governmental and youth organizations, cultural associations.

In his speech, Talgat Kozhanovich explained that the general development has received widespread electronic proceedings. In order to improve transparency and access to justice for the people developed the Concept of information in the court system until 2020. It widely introduced pre-trial (mediation) and alternative (arbitration) forms of settlement of disputes.

So in the current year the number of cases in the order of mediation, increased five times compared with 2013 year. These measures will greatly simplify the proceedings, make it more transparent and accessible, and strengthen the guarantees of the rights of citizens, including entrepreneurs.
