In court of WKO held a workshop on administrative and legal topics

In West Kazakhstan regional court today, on October 31 held a workshop on the legal and administrative topics with judges of the regional, city, district and equated courts.

The workshop opened with a welcoming speech acting chairman of the appellate judicial board on civil and administrative cases Amankulov H.H.

With a report on "Administrative offenses against the public order and morality" spoke Zelenovsk district court judge A.Bektalieva.

Also, with a report on "Administrative offenses against the established order management" before the assembled spoke a judge of №2 Terekti district court Usmanov E.G.

Also there was a discussion of the Regulatory resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the application of the legislation on administrative offenses.

Judges of specialized administrative court of Uralsk city Sarieva R. and K. Makhmetov stayed in their speeches on the individual chapters of the new Administrative Offences Code.

At the end of the workshop there was a discussion of problematic issues, summarizing, making recommendations.
