Today in the Pavlodar regional court held a series of events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The judges of the region and veterans of the judiciary system took part in the event.
LLD A.Hamzin a veteran of the judicial system told a welcoming speech.
"This holiday has a special meaning for our sovereign state, for every citizen, and to the judicial system is of particular importance and is professional. On the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution, based on all courts’ activities of justice, intended to ensure the legitimate interests of citizens ", - A.Hamzin noted.
Among the newly appointed judges, experienced up to three years, was held a competition on knowledge of the history, provisions of the Constitution and the oratory. There was declared a contest for the best judicial act with reference to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The organizer of these events is the Council of Young Judges created at the Pavlodar regional court, which main purpose is the continuous education and professional growth of judges with experience up to three years. The
Council operates on a permanent basis and in pursuance of the tasks set by the Head of the State for judiciary, plans to continue the implementation of such alternative forms of judicial education within the framework of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps - the modern state for everyone."
At the end of the competition the first place took the team of Pavlodar city court judges and, as noted by the jury, oratorical duel particularly distinguished judge of the same court N.Abdikarimov. Second and third place was shared by the teams of Aksu, Ekibastuz city courts and a team of district courts of the Pavlodar region.
On 28th of August, 2015 in a festive atmosphere will be awarding ceremony for winners of competitions.
