In the Kostanai region is pronounced the sentence against former police officers

Today, specialized inter-district criminal court of the Kostanay region pronounced the sentence against former police officers K.Moldakan and I.Moldashev. They are charged under Art. 287 Part 4 (in edition 2014), Art.348 Part 2 (in ed. 1997), the 297 part 3 p.1,3,4 (in ed. 2014). 251 Part 1 (in ed. 1997). 307 Part 2 (in ed. 1997) of the Criminal Code RK.
According to the case papers, K.Moldakan by preliminary agreement with I.Moldashev illegally stored firearms for the purpose of using it in fictitious improving crime detection.
