In the Southern Kazakhstan regional court was held the round table on: "Features of imposition of punishment for the administrative offenses against the established order of the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Judges of Southern Kazakhstan regional and district courts, representatives of prosecutor's office, DIA, Regional government "Ontystyk" of NSC RK, lawyers, and also mass media took part in action.
In Atyrau is convicted offender of the road traffic accident who claimed the life of six people

Today it has been pronounced the verdict of the Zhylyoi district court of the Atyrau region against a citizen A.Nurgozhiev.
On 19th of May, 2015 A.Nurgozhiev driver driving the car "Kamaz-5511" on the track Dossor-Beineu, overtaking ahead going transport, flew into the opposite lane and crashed into an oncoming car "Lada Largus."
