Today in Merke district court considered the administrative case against a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan N.Dzhamalov of an administrative offense under Art. 517 p. 2 ( staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration in the internal affairs or not living at the address given at registration) of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses.
Zaisan district court of the East Kazakhstan region sentenced accountant of district department of land relations D. Nurgazina for incitement to bribery.
According to the materials of the case a citizen A. Masulov refered to D.Nurgazina requesting land for construction of a house. D. Nurgazina promised to solve the issue. Herewith, she pointed to the need for a bribe of 140 000 tenge to the members of the District Land Commission. During the transfer of money D.Nurgazina was detained by the agency to fight corruption.
