In the Mangistau regional court there was a regional competition "Ylttyn uly tymary - Tauelsizdik" among the employees of the Office, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized with the purpose of educating employees in the offices of the courts of patriotism feelings, hard work, encourage them to study the history and national values.
The chairman of the appellate judicial division for criminal cases of Mangistau regional court Yerzhan Karabaev, the chairman of the branch for the Mangistau region of Union of Judges of the RK, chairman of the Aktau City Court Malik Kenzhaliyev, the judges of the regional court, the head of the office of Mangistau region Mende Epenova, heads of offices and employees of district and equivalent courts, representatives of the media took part in the event. In addition, as special guests were invited the head of Administration of Mangistau region department of the Agency for Combating Corruption and Civil Service Affairs of Kazakhstan K.Zhumagali, director of public fund "Achievements of young people" Zh.Mahambetova, projects coordinator of the association of legal entities "Civil Alliance of Mangistau region "A.Koshenova.
Opening the event, E.Karabaev congratulated his colleagues and guests on the upcoming holidays and wished good luck to the contestants.
19 candidates took part in the competition that has been selected in the regional, district and equivalent courts. If, in response to the difficult but interesting quiz questions, they showed their levels of erudition and knowledge, then, competing in the statements of proverbs, sayings and tongue twisters, demonstrated quick thinking and ingenuity.
In the tour "The speaker" was asked situational tasks on: "If I were a judge," in the course of which they resolved various disputes. Contestants for the time used on them image of the judge and tried to take vital decisions for the people.
They then gathered their thoughts, proceeded to answers to instant questions. This step checked the knowledge of experts on the history of the country, the laws of their native land values.
The most exciting tour was the next - "My creativity," in which experts demonstrated their talents to the public. Someone played the domdra and sang the Kazakh folk songs, someone danced, someone painted with oil paints, someone knitted and embroidered Kazakh clothes and someone surprised viewers of national art crafts. Do not remain aloof guys master of poetic expression and girls craftsmen to bake various sweets.
At the end of the competition the main expert of the Office of the specialized inter-district criminal court of Mangistau region Nurken Kerdeshov took Grand Prix, he was awarded a certificate for 50 000 tenge. First place went to the chief specialist of Zhanaozen city court Erlan Adylov, second place - the chief specialist of the Mangistau regional court Kalamkas Usenova, the third place was awarded the main expert of Beineu district court Zhasulan Dosmukhanbetov. Leading specialist of court №2 of Aktau Aigul Hudibaeva received a nomination "Audience Choice". The winners were awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes. It should be noted that the competition was held with the support of the branch for the Mangistau region of Kazakhstan Union of Judges.
Guests of the event received a lot of positive emotions, watching this interesting and hard competition. The holding of such competitions has become a tradition of the regional court.
