Judges of Pavlodar region took part in the sports day

Pavlodar branch of the Union of Judges held a sports contest, dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of Independence.

In sports competitions that took place in the Pavlodar Palace of Sports "Bayantau" competed judges of the region.

In Pavlodar there was a scientific and practical conference "New measures of modern anti-corruption policy", organized by the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs together with the Pavlodar Regional Court.

The judges of the region, government officials, representatives of the prosecutor's office, the anti-corruption services, civil society, the mass media, teaching staff and university students took part in the conference.

Pavlodar city court recognized banks actions illegal

Pavlodar city court considered the civil case under the citizen I. legal claim to banks to eliminate the violations and for the recovery of funds.

From the case file it follows that on the basis of exposed by JSC «Bank» payment requests-orders JSC «Bank2» blocked the opened to the plaintiff's salary card account and made a deduction of 100% of salary in favor of JSC «Bank». By doing so, the defendants deprived the claimant's livelihood that is guaranteed by the state minimum wage.

One of the priorities in its implementation was the expansion of the mediation institution, promoting the restorative justice development, reducing the burden on courts, and the introduction of a new type of conciliation - mediation in court, which conducts the judge.

In Pavlodar city court with the participation of lawyers is approved the first agreement on the settlement of the dispute (conflict) by way of a participatory procedure.

Four residents of Pavlodar region are convicted for brigandage

In the specialized inter-district criminal court of Pavlodar region is considered a criminal case upon the fact of brigandage on a large scale against Isayev B.J., Appasov E.A. Abildin A.T. and Igsatov N.D.

From the materials of investigation follows that on 6th of May, 2015, four residents of Ekibastuz city entered the branch of JSC "Kazpost" tied up the guard and committed theft of cash in the amount of 59.9 million tenge. During the preliminary investigation part of the stolen amount was reimbursed by them.

The judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan U.Suleymenova, chairman of the Pavlodar regional court M.Smagulov, head of the Office of the regional court S.Ahmetbekov, judges and experts of the regional court, chairmen and judges of courts located in the regional center, newly appointed civil servants took part in the event.

The festive event began with a solemn performance of the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Judge of the Pavlodar regional court Bakhtiyar Nasirdinov was a moderator. At the meeting they discussed issues of effectiveness of mentoring and guidance institutions for young judges.

In Pavlodar city court is satisfied the statement of claim on establishment of the fact of child's birth

In Pavlodar city court is considered I. citizen’s statement of claim on establishment of the fact of child’s birth.

It was established that on 23rd of February 2006 I. citizen had a baby at home. At present, a minor child is 8 years old, due to the lack of a birth certificate she is denied medical care and may exclude from the educational institution.

The woman repeatedly appealed to the vital statistics offices, where she was refused a birth certificate because of the lack of medical certificate.
