The chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the Supreme Court Abay Rahmetullin, chairman of the regional court Erlan Aitzhanov, chairmen of appeal judicial divisions of the regional court, the head of the Office of the regional court Aset Mambetov, judges of the region and the mass media representatives took part at the last extended meeting in the Aktyubinsk regional court to discuss the administration of justice of courts region in 2015.
Opening the meeting, E.Aytzhanov noted main goals and tasks set by the Head of the State to reform the judicial system.
According to statistics announced at the meeting, by courts of the region during the reporting period is over 27,467 civil cases that 1054 is less when compared with the same period in 2014. The main load of consideration of civil cases falls on the court of Aktobe, which considered 56% of all civil cases in the region, which is connected with the specialization of court. Among the 20,608 administrative offenses constitute the majority of species such as driving in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, disorderly conduct. In 2015, the courts of the region considered 2755 criminal cases. 17.7% of the 1727 convicted are imposed imprisonment that in comparison with the year 2014 shows a decline in "punitive practices" at 21.3%.
The courts of the region carry out the widespread implementation of electronic proceedings. So, citizens appreciated the convenience of the introduction of information service "Judicial office", its mobile version, as evidenced by the increase in the number of users. In 2015, the courts of the region via the «Judicial office» have received 27,152 legal claims and appeals of citizens. During the reporting period, the courts of the Aktobe region on paper is accepted and registered 7,259 legal claims, complaints, orders, statements of special proceedings and complaints of appeal and cassation instance, of which had been issued 7256 coupons registration of legal claims in civil cases, accounting for 99.9 % of the total number of applications received.
Summing up, Abay Rahmetulin set a number of tasks and assignments the judiciary of the region.
At the last meeting within the framework of a press conference the chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the Supreme Court A.Rahmetullin informed the mass media about the changes and prospects of the judicial system development of the republic, measures for the practical implementation of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps."
"The implementation of " 100 concrete steps "give our country a safety margin that will surely go through a difficult path tests, will strengthen Kazakhstan's statehood and ensure the rule of law", - A.Rahmetulin noted.
