Semey city court considered the civil case under V.Pavlov’s legal claim to «Eurasia-Strojservis" for the recovery of arrears of wages.
From the civil case file it follows that the plaintiff V. Pavlov was hired by the LLP as a section chief. However, they haven’t paid him in full salary.
Then, V. Pavlov turned to the state labor inspector, but, in spite of the inspector order they haven’t settled with him.
Today in the Zhambyl regional court to the judiciary of the region there were represented, the chairman of the appellate judicial division for civil and administrative cases Zh.Rustembekov and the chairman of the Zhambyl regional court of appeal judicial division for criminal cases N.Abidov appointed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18th of December, 2015.
Zh.Rustembekov previously has worked as a judge of the Zhambyl regional arbitration court, as the Zhambyl regional court, Almaty city court.
