Specialized Inter-district military court for criminal cases at the visiting court session in Ust-Kamenogorsk sentenced to 18 years of deprivation of liberty enlisted man K.Toktarov.

On 18th of November, 2013 under a contract the military serviceman K. Toktarov was appointed specialist infantry battalion of military unit number 6 ... National Guard and served with E.Ahmetzhanov and A. Tusupbek.

Court №2 of Kyzylorda city considered a criminal case against the chief specialist of the Department of Consumer Protection of the Kyzylorda region M.Koshkarov.

He is using his authority, has repeatedly received bribes for a positive expert opinion on provided business projects.

Also, the investigating authorities in the course of inspection car and houses belonging to the convicted were found and confiscated firearms with cartridges of 2 improvised explosive devices.
