The first mediation is conducted by a judge on the new Civil Procedure Code

In Specialized Inter-district Economic court of the East Kazakhstan region with the participation of a judge is approved an agreement to settle the dispute (conflict) by way of mediation.
The parties in a civil case under the LLP "Ai-Ti-Si-Electronics-Kazakhstan" legal claim to JSC "KEMONT" for the recovery of funds, penalties, taking advantage of their right, have expressed desire to resolve the dispute by way of mediation conducted by a judge.
