November 21, 2016 Chairman of the Supreme Court held a working meeting, which outlined the objectives for the implementation of orders pronounced by the Head of State at the VII Congress of Judges (hereinafter - Congress).

The chairmen of the divisions of the Supreme Court, Chairman of the Union of Judges M.Alimbekov, members of the Central Council of the Union of judges, chairmen of regional and equivalent courts, the leadership of the Department on support of courts activities under the Supreme Court took part in the event.

Judge of the Supreme Court Shegenov Moryak, chairman of the Zhambyl regional court Rustem Alchinbaev, chairmen of judicial divisions and judges of the regional court took part in the past extended meeting work on courts outcome in 2015 took place in Zhambyl regional court.

Today in the Almaty city court there was a meeting of judges of Almaty city following the results of administration of justice in 2015.

The Chairman of the Supreme Court Kairat Mami, chairman of Almaty city court Akzhan Eshtay, the judges of the city, management and employees of the court of office took part in the event.

The chairman of Almaty city court A.Eshtay opened the work of the meeting. In his speech he talked about the results of the administration of justice by courts of the city over the past year.

Following the results of 2014 in general the specific gravity of the persons convicted to deprivation of liberty by specialized inter-district criminal courts decreased by 0,3%

1 568 cases came to specialized inter-district courts on criminal cases of all in 2014. From them 1 556 cases or 99,2% are considered with sentencing.

These courts with participation of jurors considered with sentencing 64 cases in the relation of 121 persons, from them 118 persons are convicted, 3 persons are acquitted.

Today in East Kazakhstan regional court at the expanded meeting summed up the work for the first 9 months of 2014.

The event was attended by chairmen of district and equivalent courts.

By the courts of East Kazakhstan region during the reporting period are examined 40,117 civil cases, which is 15.1% more than the same period last year. Increased the number of cases examined with the adjudication (11.0%).
