Judges of Zhambyl region shared the results of working with journalists

In specialized inter-district court on criminal cases of Zhambyl region held a press conference devoted to the results of the administration of justice by the courts region for the nine months 2014.

It was attended by the chairman of the appellate judicial board on criminal cases Gaziza Musabekova, acting chairman of the appellate judicial board on civil and administrative cases Ospan Mamytbekov, coordinator of media relations, the judge of the regional court Gulnar Syzdykova, as well as the chairmen of city and inter-district specialized courts of the region.

As noted Ospan Mamytbekov for the first nine months of 2014 in the region courts received 27,275 claims, of which 23 087 were taken in the court. For 15,894 civil cases were adjudicated. It's more than 4,547 cases compared to the same period last year.

The chairman of the appellate judicial board on criminal cases of the regional court Gaziza Musabekova in her report noted: "The courts of the region over the past nine months in 2014 examined 1,319 criminal cases against 1,530 persons. For the same period in 2013 there were examined 1381 criminal cases against 1635 persons. In the appeal procedure was examined 590 sentences and decisions of district and city courts of the region against 662 persons. Last year there were 565 cases against 642 persons. "
