In Zhalagash district court discussed the main provisions of the Codes

Today, in Zhalagash district court of Kyzylorda region held a round table and discussed the new Criminal Code, the Criminal Executive Code, Administrative Offences Code, the issues of registration administrative affairs and the enforcement of judicial acts.

The event was attended by representatives of the judiciary authorities, prosecutors, lawyers, internal affairs, the correctional system, as well as tax administration of Zhalagash region.

Chairman of the court of Zhalagash district court A.Narimov drew attention to the features of the adopted amendments of the aforementioned Codes.

Discussing problematic issues the participants came to the conclusion that it is necessary to carry out the right information among the population on the main provisions of the aforementioned Codes.
