In Taraz, the court settled the dispute on the recovery of more than 4 million tenge of debt by settlement a mediation agreement

The individual entrepreneur E. went to the Specialized inter-district economic court of Zhambyl region, with the legal claim to the RSE "K" on recovery of 4,899,440 tenge (debt) and 132,285 tenge (penalty).

In the course of the preparation of the case for the hearing, the parties were explained their rights on the possibility of mediation settlement within the framework of the pilot project on the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes.

With the participation of the mediator between the plaintiff and the respondent was concluded mediation agreement, according to which the plaintiff agreed to provide the defendant with time to pay the debt before March 31, 2017, in turn, the defendant undertook to pay for the delivered goods at a total cost of KZT 4,899,440, to the settlement account of the claimant before March 31, 2017.

The state fee in the amount of 50317 tenge was returned to the plaintiff.

A court decision between the parties approved a mediation agreement, the proceedings were dismissed.
