The Zhambyl regional court was visited by representatives of law enforcement agencies, the judicial board as well as municipal services in the region on that day. The guests got acquainted with the work of new information technologies introduced in the legal proceedings.

Opening the event the head of the Courts Administrator Berik Kultasov stressed that the widespread introduction of advanced IT technologies, the integration of information systems increases mobility and transparency of justice, narrows the corruption-related nature of legal proceedings. One of the key names is the service " Court Office" as a single window of access to online services and services of the judiciary. So, if during 12 months of 2016 in the courts of the region received 25,159 electronic claims (75.3% of the total number of registered applications), then during 9 months of this year their number was 29,440 (98.9%).

It was noted that in the regional and district service centers the corners of the "Court Cabinet" where citizens who do not have access to the Internet can send claims and other applications via the service to the judicial authorities without contacting the court staff are open.

The guests of the court got acquainted with the possibilities of the "Court Office", they clearly demonstrated the procedure for registering in the service, filing applications and comments on the record of the court session in electronic form, tracking the motions in the case, printing court acts, and so on. The participants of the meeting actively discussed the possibilities of the presented service. So, a prosecutor Gani Kurmanov, a lawyer Vladimir Kondrashov and the lawyer of the State Enterprise "Taraz-su" Akerke Yerzhanova made suggestions on improving the service.
