Supreme Court restored justice in respect of a single mother

The oversight judicial board on civil and administrative cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan satisfied the petition of Almaty city resident Ospanova K.I. on the revision entered into force court decisions.

Earlier this case was examined in Medeu district court of Almaty city. According to the decision of the court claims of Ospanova K.I. on reinstatement and recovery of wages for the period of forced absence were dismissed. In this regard, she appealed to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to protect her legitimate rights and interests.

The oversight judicial board on civil and administrative cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having examined the petition, adopted by the courts of first instance and the judicial board of the city court, judicial decisions changed and reversed in part to the adoption of new decision. Ospanova K.I. was reinstated, as well as in her favor recovered of wages for six months at the time of enforced absence in total 720,000 (seven hundred twenty thousand) and moral damages in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand).

Thus, the Supreme Court restored justice for the single mother of the category social protected workers, bringing up two young children.
