Today, commission on countering corruption of Zhambyl regional court held a meeting.
The subject of the meeting of the commission was to discuss the main directions of anti-corruption programs in the 2015-2025 years of "Nur Otan" party, dedicated to the work of the judiciary and law enforcement agencies.
Today in court №2 of Aktobe city considered a criminal case on a charge of Zh.Kuanysh committing a crime under Article 103, part 3, Article 257part 1 of the Criminal Code RK.
Pursuant to case materials that Zh.Kuanysh in May 2014 during a fight with R.Dosaliev, sent in his direction traumatic gun and fired several shots at the victim. Next Zh.Kuanysh pulled out of the trunk of his car bat, began to strike at the head of the victim. As a result R.Dosaliev died from his injuries.
Today, the decision of cassation board of the South Kazakhstan regional court verdict and decision of appellate judicial board on criminal cases of the South Kazakhstan regional court in respect of air traffic controller of Shymkent branch "Kazaeronavigation" K.Akilbekov left unchanged.
