A citizen of the Republic of Belarus for illegal crossing of the state border of Kazakhstan is instituted criminal proceedings.
It was established in court, a foreigner without specifying documents and proper permission crossed the Kazakhstani border near the village Kamysty, Zhanybek district of West Kazakhstan region.
By court verdict №2 of Semey city to 5 years' imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold leadership positions in public institutions and enterprises for a period of 3 years, on the basis of Article 63 of the Criminal Code RK citizen Zhurtubaev K. is imposed a suspended sentenced to 2 years, who by the order of the head of the public institution was appointed acting director of public utility company. Convicted, using his official position, for selfish ends, has repeatedly committed corruption crimes.
Today the court of Astana city left without satisfaction the appeal of lawyer of former vice-minister of Agriculture Muslim Umiryaev passed on October 16, 2014 sentence of the Specialized inter-district court on criminal cases of Astana city.
Since the beginning of 2014 Shortandy district court of Akmola region has examined 128 administrative cases on violation of the established order of the state border and the order of stay in the country. All administrative cases are considered with the imposition of an administrative penalty: 2 administrative fines and 126 administrative arrests.
