In the district court №2 Saryarka district of Astana city started hearing the criminal case against ex-police officer E., accused of committing crimes under Part 2 Article 311of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the investigation it was found that during the execution of his office, a policeman stopped the car to check the documents and found that the driver drove a motor vehicle while intoxicated. At that moment, a policeman for the purpose of unlawfully wealth demanded of the driver 50 000 tenge.

Today cassation judicial board of Almaty regional court considered a criminal case against Akhmetov, N.S., who being a public servant, abusing his official position, received a bribe of  1 800 000 tenge.

Akhmetov N.S., being a chief controller - auditor in the audit commission in Almaty region, on January 8, 2014 he was aimed at checking schools of Ili region.

By the state is provided costs of notifying the parties to the case before the court, i.e., the payment of postal services in the sending of telegrams, subpoenas, letters and cellular service to call the parties through SMS messages, and other means of communication, providing fixing notice or call.
