Judges and civil servants of Zhambyl regional court discussed the television project "Justice"

TV project "Justice", broadcasted on TV channels "Khabar" and the regional branches of JSC "RTRC" Kazakhstan "in October of the current year has been prepared on the initiative of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. TV project is implemented within the execution of the Head of the State’s order to strengthen the securing of image information of the judicial system of the country, voiced at the VI Congress of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In Karaganda, the Supreme Court, along with the OSCE Centre in Astana is held a regional workshop for judges on application the provisions of the Aarhus Convention and national environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Aarhus Convention is a Convention of Europe Economic Commission of the United Nations "On access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and access to Justice in Environmental Matters relating to the environment."

The main provisions of the new Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences

"Within the implementation of Unified State Plan of Action for the transfer to a new model of criminal law and criminal court proceedings improved the legislation on administrative offenses and the penal system continues massive retraining of judges.

Today the Supreme Court through videoconferencing with regional and equivalent courts held a video lecture on the topic: "The main provisions of the new Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses."
