Justice is the main criterion of legal protection

At the Supreme Court there was a regular meeting of the members of the working group within the framework of the project "Justice is the main criterion of legal protection".

The judges of the Supreme Court N.Sisenova and N.Sultanov, the national expert of the EU project N.Ergalieva, the representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Department on support of courts activity and the republican bar association took part in the meeting.

In the course of the meeting they discussed further organizational issues of the working group. It was decided to create four subgroups on the themes of the project, in particular, on issues of transactions, seizure of land for state needs, bank lending, and acquittal.

Also they discussed the progress of preparations for the holding by the EU project of a sociological survey among participants in judicial proceedings on the application of the criterion of justice by the court.
