In the Supreme Court held a conference call on the implementation of the Head of the State’s Message

Today the Chairman of the Supreme Court Kairat Mami held a conference call with the regions. Through video conferencing communication, in the event attended the chairmen of regional and equivalent courts, the judiciary of the country, employees of Offices courts.

The first item on the agenda is on the tasks of the judiciary system in the coming period in the light of the implementation of the Head of the State’s Message to the people "Nurly Jol - Way to the future."

"In the Message is set forth the current state of the world economy, announced a new economic policy of Kazakhstan and the main reference points in the nearest future", - noted K. Mami.

"In the current economic conditions, the justice system has an important task in the operational examination of court cases involving business entities, simplification of legal court proceeding and reduce bureaucratic procedures" - noted the Chairman of the Supreme Court.

Today the Supreme Court, within its competence takes systematic measures for the implementation united investment policy of republic, performs appropriate judicial protection business on the basis of the current law, aims to maximize the quality of examining cases by specialized economic courts. Issues related to the establishment of a specialized judicial board in the Supreme Court for examination of civil cases involving large investors, judges take an active part in the development of the draft law on arbitration.

On the second item of the agenda spoke the Chairman of the supervisory judiciary board on civil and administrative cases of the Supreme Court Abydkadyrov Elis, who reported on the state of the timely resolution of the courts civil law disputes.

Further Head of the Department under the Supreme Court Ilyas Ispanov informed about the work on introduction of modern information technologies in court proceedings.

On measures to implement the main areas of personnel policy in the judicial system has told the head of the Office of personnel management of the Department of the Supreme Court Alina Rakhimbekova.
