At the plenary meeting in the North-Kazakhstan regional court

There was a plenary session of the regional court in the North-Kazakhstan regional court.

Speaking, acting chairman of the court Bakhyt Kaseinov noted that in order to fulfill the instructions of the Supreme Court, the approaches to organizing the work of the plenary sessions have been changed. Now it is planned to practice the discussion of judicial practice more widely, to consider questions of observance of legality in the administration of justice, to develop proposals for improving the courts activities.

In the course of the plenary session, they discussed four judges’ professional activity, subject to certification based on the results of one year of work, for presentation to the Qualification Commission of the Jury for assessing their professional activities. Having carefully studied the information available to the young judges, having heard the chairmen of the courts, their mentors and curators, all four were given positive conclusions.

Then the participants of the plenary session discussed the generalization of the judicial practice of considering by the specialized administrative court of Petropavlovsk cases on administrative offenses provided for in Article 610 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Also, the judges discussed and took note of the information on the analysis of the quality of the summaries compiled by the regional courts and the courts equated with them.

B. Kaseinov in conclusion noted that due to the fact that the work of the plenary sessions has been put on a new level this indicates the high practical importance of this authority.
