The North Kazakhstan regional court held a competition among regional judges to improve the quality of drawing up judicial acts.
The chairman of the regional branch of the Union of Judges Serikzhan Gabdulin, the retired judges Nasl Issenova, Kaziza Dzhunussova, Lidiya Kapustina and Kazyken Dossanov, the correspondent of the newspaper "Liter" Zaure Zhumaliyeva and the candidate of philological sciences, associate professor M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University Svetlana Misyachenko joined the competitive commission. They conducted a painstaking work: to choose the most understandable in the presentation and stylistically literate from the submitted to the contest 380 judicial acts.
Awarding the winners of the competition with diplomas, Z. Zhumaliyeva noted that all the judicial acts studied by the commission differed in literacy and competence.
The Commission awarded diplomas recognizing Gulzia Yedrissova, Zhanar Kenzhebayeva, Saken Tlegenov, Natalya Shalayeva and Serikbol Sapargaliyev as the best public court cases on public cases. The judges of the regional court Ramazan Khassenov and Gulnar Bekenova were recognized as the best ones in criminal cases.
Judicial acts of judges of district and equivalent courts were also noted.
