The number of cases considered in order of summary proceedings - 4551 cases (in 2015 - 3 333 cases). In connection with the conclusion of the agreement in order of mediation by courts of the region canceled for 731 cases, in connection with the settlement agreement is over 327 cases, 9 agreements of the settlement of disputes in order of participatory procedures.

The number of cases and materials considered in the appeal was reduced by 7.6%.

The total number of canceled and changed decisions in appeal proceedings decreased by 95 cases compared to the same period last year.

The chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases noted that the courts generally impose punishment in accordance with the seriousness of the offense committed, with the tendency to increase the use of alternative sentencing to convicted persons. There has been an increase in the absolute indicator of the cases considered in the mediation procedure by 2.3 times (356 cases against 152 cases in 2015). Decreased punitive practice by 2,6%.
