Terektinsky District Court of WKR considered the administrative case stipulated by Art.653 Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan against the chief specialist of SI "Apparatus of Akim of Podstepnovsky rural district", on the grounds of contempt of court.
In West Kazakhstan regional court there was a "round table" on: "The work of investigative judges in all areas of their powers", with the participation of the investigative judges of the region, representatives of the prosecutor's office, the Department and the Management of Interior Affairs and Department of the penal system in WKR.
In Almaty city court there was a discussion on the development of legislation in the field of criminal justice, further modernization of the criminal, criminal-procedural and criminal-executive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the light of the rule of law.
The chairman of Almaty City Court A.Eshtay, deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.Bychkova and A.Kozhahmetov, as well as the chairmen and judges of district and equivalent courts of Almaty city took part in the event.
In the metropolitan court there was a meeting with the deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial-Legal Reform A.N.Zhailganova and E.A.Kozlov.
This meeting was held on the eve of the parliamentary hearings on: "Further improvement of the criminal, criminal-procedural and criminal-executive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
