The chairman of the Aktobe Regional Court Myratgali Aketay within his working trip to the regions visited Hobdinsky and Oiyl District Courts.
In the course of the event there was familiarization with the work of the district courts, holding meetings with population with participation of most active members of the district.
The plaintiff Z.G.V. went to the Zhambyl District Court with the legal claim for divorce from Z.ZH.A. and determining the place of residence of minor children.
Zhambyl district court granted the plaintiff's Z.G.V. legal claims, having loosed the registered marriage and the defendant Z.ZH.A, defining the place of residence of three minors children with the plaintiff Z.G.V.

According to the legal claims the defendant N. didn’t engaged in upbringing and education of his minor children, does not provide their financially.
According to the Akimat of Bashmachinsky rural district, the couples drink alcohol, don’t engage in upbringing of children properly.
