In the House of Friendship of Kokshetau with the support of the Akmolinsk region akim is open mediation office.

At the opening ceremony of the office the deputy head of the courts Administrator of the region K.Zhulamanova noted that in order to develop the application of extra-judicial resolution of disputes similar mediation offices will be opened at local akimats of all districts of the region. These offices provide an opportunity for citizens to appeal to mediators to resolve the dispute and achieve reconciliation without departure from the place of residence.

"Mediation is inherent in a number of positive features: less procedural complexity, focus on conflict resolution and reconciliation," - the mediator S.Saktaganova noted.
