The Specialized Administrative Court of Kokshetau imposed 6 citizens the administrative penalties for showing contempt of court

SAC Kokshetau from the beginning of 2017 considered administrative cases against 6 participants of the trial.

The above-mentioned citizens made contempt of court, expressed in failure to appear in court on the agenda and notice without valid reasons, disobeying the orders of the presiding judge, violation of the rules established in the court, as well as other actions. In respect of them, protocols were drawn up on an administrative offense under Article 653 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

By court decisions, 6 citizens were found guilty of contempt of court, of which 1 offender was imposed administrative arrest for a period of 5 days, and five - an administrative penalty in the form of a warning.
