At the Akmolinsk regional court there was an interdepartmental seminar

The chairman of the Akmolinsk regional court, Nurgazy Abdikanov, held an interdepartmental seminar with law enforcement heads on "Interaction between law enforcement agencies and the court as a means of ensuring timely and quality administration of justice".

The representatives of the prosecutor's office, departments of the National Security Committee, internal affairs, the national anti-corruption bureau, state revenues, the criminal-executive system, the judiciary took part in the seminar.

In his speech N. Abdikanov, noting the high role and importance of law and justice, stressed that the principle of the rule of law possesses a comprehensive character and extends to all subjects of legal relations.

The seminar participants discussed the development of the institute of the investigative judge, conciliation procedures, the use of mediation, the enforcement of court decisions and other mechanisms for protecting the rights of citizens, as well as the integration of the information and analytical systems ‘Zanduluk’, ESEDO and Torelik. It was noted about the development of mechanisms for implementing innovations and the experience of effective joint work by law enforcement agencies and courts.

Also, at the seminar they discussed five main priorities identified by the President of the country in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan and the issues of redistribution of powers between the branches of power.

Summing up the discussions, the seminar participants developed recommendations for joint fruitful work in the future.
