Judges of the Akmola regional court held a seminar with the aim of improvement of quality of administration of justice

Judges of the Akmola regional court held a seminar on discussion of the reasons of cancellations and changes of the judicial acts allowed by judges of the regional and equivalent courts of the region.

The seminar was carried out in two sections. Judges, who considered civil, administrative and criminal cases, discussed the reasons of cancellation and changes of decisions, rulings and sentences.

Section classes for judges were given by moderators – the chairman of appellate civil and administrative judicial board of the Akmola regional court A. Eskendirov and the acting chairman of appellate criminal judicial board A. Zhakulin.

The seminar is held with the aim of increase of legal knowledge and professionalism of judges for improvement of quality of administration of justice.

Following the outcome of the seminar the judges developed offers for improvement of quality of administration of justice by prevention of cancellations and changes of judicial acts.

At the end of the action moderators thanked all the speakers of the seminar and noted the usefulness of such discussions all judges of region.
