At the plenary session of the Pavlodar Regional Court judges demonstrated developed by judges of Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of the region methodic recommendations for the observance of procedural deadlines.
Recommendations are useful to young judges as an additional guidebook, as they can be interesting for beginners civilians.
Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Astana in the first quarter of the current year considered the administrative case against the 1548 foreign citizens who have committed violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration. Among them are citizens of the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Turkey and Georgia.
At the initiative of the West Kazakhstan regional court Specialized Regional Library has released a special informational and methodological instruction booklet "Information on the court, made a point relief for L.Brayly system for blind people persons" in the Kazakh and Russian languages.
