Atyrau Regional Court has developed Methodic recommendations on the application of conciliation procedures in consideration of civil cases with drawing the tables schemas based on the characteristics of each type of mediation procedures, the category of the case and with samples of procedural documents.

Recommendations are intended for use by judges of the region within the framework of the legislation application on conducting mediation procedures in civil cases.
