The Military Court of the Karaganda garrison considered the civil case under the legal claim T.A. to the Ministry of Defence, the military unit № 3 ... for compensation for lost earnings due to the health damage caused when fulfillment of official duties
The court found that T. during the execution of planned demining shells at the Sary-Shagan, Karaganda region received shrapnel wounds, which caused him to set the third group of disability. In this regard, he was dismissed from military service in the reserve for health reasons.

The bank went to Ust-Kamenogorsk city court with a legal claim against 12 defendants for the recovery of debts on the bank loan agreement with the foreclosure of the mortgaged property.
The obligations to return the borrowed funds by the defendants were not fulfilled, and therefore, the plaintiff requested the defendants to recover from the amount of debt in the amount of 1,638,586,088 tenge and to foreclose on the mortgaged property.
