By Katon-Karagay district court on the day was over 3 civil cases with the use of judicial mediation

By Katon-Karagay district court of EKR is carried-out purposeful work on the development of the institution of mediation. As is known, the order of the broad introduction of the institution of pre-trial dispute was announced by the Head of the State at the VI Congress of Judges in November of 2013.

As a result of active work, the number of territorial non-professional mediators was increased from 5 to 62 introduced specialization extrajudicial mediators to resolve disputes in various areas of law. Created an official register of non-professional mediators placed on the web-site of district akimat and district court.

The efforts have yielded good results. The number of court disputes resolved with the participation of mediators have been increasing.

Thus, by the judge Saduakasova K.M.of  Katon-Karagay district court only one day was over 3 civil cases with the approval of agreements between the parties to settle the dispute (conflict) in order mediation.

In addition, the court noted the fact of increasing the interest of the population in settlement of dispute out of court format, and the increased level of non-professional mediators reconciliation of the conflicting parties.
