In the courts of SKR 710 cases are considered in order of judicial mediation

For implementation of the pilot project on introduction in civil legal proceedings of conciliation procedures with participation of the judge (judicial mediation), for May – December months 2014 courts of the Southern Kazakhstan region 710 civil cases are considered in order of judicial mediation.  

In connection with the conclusion of conciliation agreements between the parties by settlement of disputes with participation the judge-mediator are stopped by proceedings: in the appellate board on civil and administrative cases of the regional court - 24 cases, in Abai district court of Shymkent city - 195, in Al-Farabi district court - 215, in Enbekshy district court - 126, in the Specialized inter-district economic court of SKR - 115 and in the juvenile court - 35 cases.  

For the purpose of an explanation judicial mediation by courts of the South Kazakhstan region active work in mass media is conducted. Last year with participation of the chairman of regional court Sharipov N., the chairman of appeal board Balken M. and judges of regional court, Abay, Al-Faraby, Enbekshy district courts of Shymkent city, Specialized economic court and juvenile court there were 45 plots on Kazakhstan-Shymkent and TVK TV channels, 40 articles devoted to this subject are published in printing editions.
