Dispute is settled in order of judicial mediation

The appeal instance of the Almaty regional court approved the settlement agreement in order of judicial mediation.

In the course of the consideration of the proceedings upon the civil case under A.Sultambaev’s legal claim to R.Ushurov to invalidate the state act and the contract of sale of the land plot, the parties expressed their desire to resolve the dispute by way of mediation.

Under the agreement, the parties agreed that the defendant sends a part of the disputed land to the plaintiff.

The proceedings were terminated in connection with court approval on the settlement agreement (the conflict) by way of mediation.
