Judge of Aralsky district court of Kyzylorda region terminated 8 cases in order of mediation

The Aralsky District Court of the Kyzylorda region is carrying out purposeful work on the development of the mediation institute.

Judge of the Aralsky District Court N. Beketayev on February 17 the current year, in the course of the consideration of 8 cases settled mediation agreements on all of them.

These are five civil cases on recovery of the amount of debt and the return of cattle, two criminal cases for stealing someone else's property and one administrative case concerning the sphere of family-household relations.

Professional mediator B. Berdaliyev, according to Article 27 of the Law "On Mediation", settling the dispute between the parties in the above mentioned cases, presented to the court written agreements on settlement of the dispute between the parties, on the basis of which the proceedings in the above mentioned cases were terminated.

The results of the joint work of the judge and mediator demonstrate the increased interest of the parties in resolving conflicts out of court and the increased activity of mediators in reconciling the conflicting parties.

Currently, the courts are working on the implementation of the pilot project of the Supreme Court to implement mandatory pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in the mediation procedure initiated by the chairman.
