Kyzylorda regional court

Legal assistance centers operating in the courts of the Kyzylorda region help the conflicting citizens to reconcile them with conciliation procedures.

Every day lawyers, representatives of the Government for Citizens corporation and mediators provide their assistance free of charge here. In particular, 1.820 citizens' applications were registered, of which they settled their disputes, 753appealing to lawyers, 683 to mediators, 374 to representatives of the Public service center here in the Center, opened in February this year.

The chairman of the regional court Kambar Nuryshev, akim of the region Krymbek Kusherbayev, as well as heads of state and law enforcement agencies of the region, veterans, judges, judicial system employees, representatives of NGOs and media took part in the ceremonial opening ceremony.

The chairman of the judicial division for civil cases of the Kyzylorda regional court Adilkhadi Shigambayev held a "round table" to discuss issues of appealing the actions of bailiffs.

The discussion was attended by the representatives of the Department of Justice, prosecutors and bailiffs.

Opening the "round table" A. Shigambayev stressed the value of judicial acts with their execution, stressing at the same time the quality and significance of the work of bailiffs.

Kambar Nuryshev was accompanied by a chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the regional court Bakytzhan Kalymbet on a working trip to the region.

The veterans of the judicial system, the chairmen of veterans of the district council, mediators, the residents of the district took part in the meetings with the chairman of the regional court.

The Courts Administrator of the Kyzylorda region, in order to increase the accessibility of justice, facilitated the opening of the office of the mobile PSC in the building where six courts of Kyzylorda are located.

Now citizens can use the mobile PSC who came not only to the Kyzylorda regional court, but also Kyzylorda city, specialized administrative, economic courts, City Court No. 2 and a specialized inter-district court for criminal cases.
