Mechanisms of improving settlement of disputes in the pre-trial order discussed in Kyzylorda

The chairman of the judicial board on public cases of the Kyzylorda regional court Adilkhadi Shygambayev, the chairman of the notary chamber of Kyzylorda Lyazzat Suyuebayeva, the judges, the representatives of the akimat took part in the discussion.

Opening the event A. Shigambayev focused on a comprehensive discussion of the activities of the Center for Extrajudicial Conciliation - a pilot project of the Supreme Court. "Today most civil suits in courts relate to housing legal relations, disputes on the basis of public contracts, collection of taxes and other obligatory payments. Their settlement is a factor of great importance in the framework of the application of the conciliation procedure," he emphasized.

The judges of the city court Zhazirash Derbisalieva, Gulzhan Myrzatayeva and Telzhan Zhusupov mentioned the wide application of pre-trial conciliation procedures in the way of effective dispute settlement, touched upon the terms of the enforcement inscription, as well as the general development of mediation. In particular, Zh.Derbisalieva noted that the resolution of disputes in court depends on the activities of mediators and lawyers emphasizing the viability of the Law on Mediation and its effectiveness for the population. In this connection, the problems of increasing the legal education and the role of mediators are touched upon.

During the event, its participants agreed on the need to issue regular booklets and installation of banners, reflecting the goals and objectives of the Center for Extrajudicial Conciliation in places of large population accumulation, as well as in buildings of state bodies having discussed a number of topical issues.
