Today, in Specialized inter district administrative court in Almaty city was considered the case against A. Esenbekov under Art. 354-1 p. 1 CAO (Illegal use of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is in violation of the order of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
According to the decision of the Specialized inter district administrative court of Almaty city A. Essenbekov offender found guilty of an administrative offense and subjected to the penalty of a fine of 200 MCI.
We recall that a month ago in Internet resources was taken photo freight car "Kamaz" that removal of construction debris, covered with the national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
