The Administrative Court of Astana found guilty more than a thousand foreign citizens for committing of offenses in the area of migration

Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Astana in the first quarter of the current year considered the administrative case against the 1548 foreign citizens who have committed violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration. Among them are citizens of the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Turkey and Georgia.

The administrative offense reports under Article 517 of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Administrative Code (violation by a foreigner or a person without citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan legislation in the field of migration) were made up by the authorized authority with regard to offenders

The Court found that foreigners violated the requirements of Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2012 № 148 "On Approval of the Rules of entry and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules of migration control, and the integration of foreigners and persons stateless persons illegally crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegally staying on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as persons who are denied entry to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. "

Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Astana found 1534 citizens guilty in committing of the above mentioned offenses. 15 administrative cases terminated, 702 are imposed to administrative penalties, 180 - subjected to administrative arrests, 651 - administrative deportation from Kazakhstan.
