This is one of the main factors for successful economic and political development of Kazakhstan, the guarantor of equal rights and opportunities for all people of Kazakhstan.

Adopted by national referendum Constitution became a solid foundation for building a legal state. The judicial system is the guardian of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, ensuring the rule of law in all spheres of life.

It is gratifying to note that every year there is an increase of legal culture of the population, which is a clear indication of the growing number of appeals to the courts. This is a prime indicator of confidence in the judiciary and the aspirations of society to resolve disputes under the law.
