Courts optimize their spending

The Department on support of courts activities under the Supreme Court accept a set of measures aimed at the optimization of budget expenditures.

As a matter of priority - work to improve the efficiency of utility costs. Court administrators in the field carried out activities aimed at the implementation of energy-saving technologies and energy efficiency of buildings of local courts. So, in 2015, carried out the connection to the central heating of three courts buildings, purchased and installed 47 heat meters, 17 electric boilers induction type. In 11courts buildings established long burning boilers. For local courts acquired 41 thermostat, 4 courthouses transferred to gas heating.

Total costs for the abovementioned modernization totaled 46 million tenge. However, on the results of the measures there was actual cash savings in the amount of about 78 million tenge. These funds were aimed to continue work in this direction. In particular, in the current year it is planned to connect to the central heating two court buildings and the installation of 33 heat metering. In addition, it is started the development of DED for the conduct of further work. As part of it provided for the connection to the central heating and gas 5 buildings, carrying out replacement of old boilers for power (in 20 buildings), the purchase and installation of long burning boilers (10 buildings) and other works.

Also, it is conducted the optimization of expenditure allocated for the maintenance of official vehicles. All vehicles installed GPS trackers to monitor their intended use. It is produced installation of LPG equipment 268 units of vehicles. As a result of these activities expenses decreased by 40 million tenge.

Department and territorial authorities continue to work in this direction.
