On the right of explanatory work on the matters of provision of public services

Supreme Court to ensure the quality of public services provided to the population "Apostille of official documents issued by the judicial authorities", held a seminar for the employees of the departments of the Public Service Center of Almaty district of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" for the city of Astana.

In the course of the seminar, representatives of the Public Service Centers explained the provisions of the Standard and Rules of state service on the apostille regulating the issues of accepting applications for the provision of state services, the list of required documents, the timing of its delivery, the order of payment of state duty.

The Supreme Court for the first ten months of this year received 453 applications for apostille on official documents issued by the judicial authorities, of which 437 are satisfied. In 16 cases, the provision of government services has been denied due to non-compliance of the documents submitted to the Apostille established standards.

Participants discussed all the cases of failures and problematic aspects of joint activities on the provision of state services.
