A. Aripov conspired with another person for the purpose of contraband moving across the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation of narcotic drugs on a large scale. Received from him more than 17 kg "dried marihuana", he kept it bottled in 8 plastic bags in a rented apartment.

State environmental inspector conducted an unscheduled inspection compliance with environmental legislation KGP "Management of housing and communal services reforming" of Priozersk, as was made checking act. The audit revealed violations of environmental compliance, namely, at KGP "Management of housing and communal services reforming" of Priozersk lacked permission to issues in environment in terms of waste water discharges in violation of paragraph 1 of Article 69 of the EC RK. Thus, the nature user caused environmental damage in the amount of 8,221,318 tenge.
